Moore Real Estate Group is a commercial real estate firm with offices in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego. The founders are Matthew and Jennifer Moore, a husband and wife team who believe that educating people about real estate valuation, investment, and development can be an avenue to improving the quality of life in communities locally and globally.

Founded in 2004, Moore Real Estate Group was established to provide commercial property owners, lenders, attorneys, and investors with appraisal services that go beyond simple valuation—offering insights derived from hands-on experience in all facets of commercial real estate.
Over the past 20+ years, we've appraised thousands of commercial properties throughout Los Angeles, the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties), and San Diego. Our experience spans multiple market cycles, including the Great Recession, the subsequent recovery, and the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on commercial real estate markets.

Our Offices
URM, established in 1891, is one of the largest rescue missions of its kind in the United States, and the oldest in Los Angeles. Multiple times a year we organize shelter events including a Women’s Makeover & Tea, Summer Water Day and Gingerbread House Workshop and we have organized donations for the daycare center. Opportunities to donate and volunteer in downtown Los Angeles or at the recently completed Angeles House in South Los Angeles are welcome.
Pasadena-based Door of Hope is empowering families facing homelessness to transform their lives. We welcome you to participate with us in annual events at Door of Hope. We love Door of Hope for many reasons, and enjoy organizing donor drives for family welcome baskets, volunteering at children’s events, and providing children’s Bibles to all children in the shelter.
Based in Pomona, CA, God's Pantry is led by individuals with social barriers that in turn offer hope, training, and support to their peers. GP allows them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of their community. We enjoy participation in this ministry with real estate and organizational consulting, weekly food distributions, employment opportunities, and expansion of work programs for GP graduates.
In 2023, we partnered with Empowering Lives International and Kids Around the World in building two amazing playgrounds at ELI Children’s Homes in Kenya. The play structures were decommissioned from city parks in the U.S., renovated and shipped to Mombasa. Additional projects are planned, and we welcome additional partners.
In partnership with Sally Sapalo and New Life Fellowship, we are helping to develop a children’s campground for 140+ campers in Sibonga, Cebu, Philippines. The location is a beautiful setting where children from rural villages all around the area can have unforgettable camp experiences.
In 2019 and 2023, we visited CCP’s private school and under-construction medical clinic in the Nairobi slum of Kawangware. We loved visiting with the children and staff at CCP and are eager to continue to help them realize their vision to bring health, education, and a supportive Christian community to this poverty-stricken area.
