We provide market value appraisals for commercial real estate loans and financing. Our clients include over 100 banks, life insurance lenders, private money lenders, SBA lenders, and other capital providers. Litigation

When a lawsuit involves questions of property value, our experts can help. Matthew Moore is experienced in providing deposition and trial testimony as an expert witness. Matthew has testified in US Bankruptcy Court, and has been a designated expert witness in various superior court matters involving partnership dissolution, land use disputes, and construction delays.

Condemnation/Eminent Domain
