Moore Real Estate Group led the ground up development of this shopping center anchored by Starbucks, Western Dental, and Waba Grill. MMA Architecture, Tait Engineering, JG Construction, and Dasher and Tabata helped deliver a successful center complete with horse corral and trails.
Heirs to this family owned asset found themselves burdened with costly violations due to an unpermitted cannabis dispensary. Moore developed the first ground up industrial park under the Commercial-Industrial / Mixed-Use zone that was initiated after Upland annexed the formerly unincorporated area of College Park. This park features 4 freestanding warehouse/distribution buildings in a gated environment with high end design by Architects Orange and beautifully landscaped by Wilson-Davis Associates. Dasher & Tabata managed the construction and RM Dalton built an exceptional project on time and budget during the challenging Covid pandemic.
