1. Office – Low, mid, and high-rise buildings, government-leased investments, medical offices and surgery centers, office condominiums, office parks.
2. Industrial – Manufacturing and warehouse/distribution buildings, research & development facilities, refrigerated warehouse/food processing buildings, business parks, industrial condominiums, and proposed developments.
3. Retail – Community, neighborhood, strip and specialty shopping centers, restaurants, drug stores, ground leased investments, retail showrooms, mixed-use properties, and proposed developments.
4. Land – Highest and best use studies, valuation of urban infill sites and rural sites.
5. Other – Proposed single-family residential subdivisions, special use properties, and preschools.

Eddie graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a BS in Finance, Real Estate & Law. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys keeping himself active, whether it be running, hiking, weightlifting, or going on walks around the block with his wife and two dogs. He also enjoys listening to a variety of music genres and is a fluent Spanish speaker. Eddie is a Southern California native, and currently lives in Montclair.
