Patrick is a Certified General Appraiser and has worked with Moore Real Estate Group since 2010. In this capacity, he has provided significant professional assistance in the valuation of various property types:

  • Multifamily – Garden-style communities from 5 to 350+ units and condominium conversions.

  • Office – Low, mid-rise buildings, government-leased investments, medical offices, and surgery centers, office condominiums, office parks.

  • Industrial – Manufacturing and warehouse/distribution buildings, research & development facilities, warehouse/food processing buildings, business parks, industrial condominiums, and multi-building industrial properties.

  • Retail – Strip and specialty shopping centers, restaurants and mixed-use properties.

  • Land – Valuation of urban infill sites and rural sites.

From 2006 to 2010, Patrick worked in the multi-housing investment services group for Marcus & Millichap where he built his expertise in the Southern California apartment market. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California.

Outside of work, Patrick is involved with local community service efforts and loves to travel and study languages. He has traveled to various parts of the world on mission trips, including a trip to Haiti to help with relief efforts after the January 2010 earthquake. Patrick lives with his wife and four children in Redlands.
 

Matthew Moore is President of Moore Real Estate Group. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and holds a California Certified General Appraiser’s License. He has extensive experience in the valuation of retail, industrial, office, multifamily, land, and special-use properties. Matthew is a qualified expert witness in the US Bankruptcy Court and has been a lecturer for the Finance, Real Estate, and Law Department at California State University, Pomona.

Matthew is also the President of Mustard Seed Schools Inc., a franchisee for Kiddie Academy, with locations in Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga, and Fontana.  Matthew currently lives with his lovely wife and four children in Claremont, CA.

Jennifer is co-founder and CEO of Moore Real Estate Group. In this capacity she manages firm operations for all offices and directs firm-wide strategic initiatives. 
Jennifer is an entrepreneur, investor, real estate developer, and creator with a passion for real estate and early education. In addition to managing Moore Real Estate Group firm operations, Jennifer directs ground-up and renovation projects for commercial properties. This includes entitlement processing and project management to bring the project from drawings to tenant occupancy. She also co-owns and manages several commercial properties located in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles counties. She originally built her foundation in real estate through assisting with property valuations and serving as a broker in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She earned her master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California, and her undergraduate degree in Business Economics from UCLA. 
Jennifer has merged her real estate development experience with her passion for education through her investment in preschools.  She conceptualized and designed Kiddie Academy of Rancho Cucamonga, a 2-story, 10,000 SF state-of-the-art preschool featuring meandering pathways, outdoor class areas, and creative play spaces.  She also designed the Kiddie Academy of Pasadena, which features Instagrammable scenes throughout the yard.  She now co-owns and operates three preschool locations in Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, and Pasadena, with a total capacity of 425 students.   
As a business entrepreneur, Jennifer owns or has owned various companies including an educational app production company, a fashion line of reusable face masks for adults and kids, and an educational materials/furniture design company. 
Prior to founding Moore Real Estate Group in 2004, Jennifer worked as a valuation analyst of commercial real estate, a forensic accountant for construction defects, and a business/technology consultant for major corporations, all of which contributed to her understanding of how to effectively build a portfolio of businesses and real estate.

OTHER/INTERESTS 
Jennifer also founded Brainster Academy/Sunday School in a Box, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational resources for Sunday School teachers, particularly in impoverished communities. Materials from Sunday School in a Box have been distributed to the Philippines, Thailand, Mexico and Kenya.  Aside from her passion for real estate and education, Jennifer loves to travel and also has a background in the performing arts. Jennifer's most rewarding job is being a mother to four wonderful children.
