Patrick is an analyst for Moore Real Estate Group and performs appraisal work on the following property types:

• Multifamily – Garden-style communities from 5 to 300+ units.
• Office – Low-rise buildings, office condominiums.
• Industrial – Manufacturing and warehouse/distribution buildings, research & development facilities, industrial condominiums, and proposed multi-building developments.
• Retail – Community, neighborhood, and strip shopping centers.
• Land – Valuation of urban infill as well as rural sites.

Patrick is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California.

Patrick formerly worked in the apartment division for Marcus & Millichap for four years and has a versed knowledge of the Southern California apartment market. He brings to Moore Real Estate Group a strong background in both business and finance. Patrick joined Moore Real Estate Group in 2010 to expand his experience in valuation techniques across all product types and increase the depth of his involvement in commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Patrick is involved with local community service efforts and loves to travel and study languages. He has traveled to various parts of the world on missions trips, including a recent trip to Haiti to help with relief efforts and ministry to people after the January 2010 earthquake.
