Jennifer provides development consulting services for Moore Real Estate Group. Her work includes strategic planning, fund-raising, market research/feasibility analysis and project management for development projects. She also performs commercial valuation and discounted cash flow analysis.

Jennifer has performed commercial valuation services since 2002 for retail, office, and industrial properties. She has also represented clients in land, residential and retail sale transactions, and office and industrial lease transactions.

Jennifer first began her career at a large consulting firm (formerly known as Arthur Andersen) in Downtown Los Angeles. She left the consulting work to help run an Internet company which received venture capital funding at the height of the Internet boom. When the tech bubble burst, Jennifer secured a job at a corporate forensic accounting firm (now Navigant Consulting), quantifying damages for large companies in litigation. She soon discovered an interest in real estate, and ventured into commercial property appraisal at the Renken Company. She started a brokerage practice in 2004, and founded the corporation of Moore Real Estate Group with her husband in 2005.

OTHER/INTERESTS
Aside from her passion for real estate, Jennifer loves to travel and has ventured to various parts of Asia, including rural villages in Thailand and Northeast India, as well as numerous countries in Europe. She also has a background in the performing arts. She continues to sing occassionally for events and she was a cheerleader (dance team) for UCLA Football and Basketball. She is currently a teaching assistant for Matthew's real estate courses at Cal Poly Pomona. Jennifer's most rewarding job is being a mother of 3 (almost 4) small children.
