Charles Bartlett is an analyst for Moore Real Estate Group and performs appraisal work on the following property types:

• Office – Low-rise buildings, office condominiums.
• Industrial – Manufacturing and warehouse/distribution buildings, research & development facilities, industrial condominiums, and proposed multi-building developments.
• Retail – Community, neighborhood, and strip shopping centers.
• Multifamily – Garden-style communities from 5 to 40 units.
• Land – Valuation of urban infill as well as rural sites.

Charles earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from CSU Fullerton. With his MBA, coupled with several years of banking experience at Wells Fargo, Charles brings to Moore Real Estate Group a strong background in both business and finance. Charles has demonstrated an exceptional drive to succeed as he pursued his full time career while attending a rigorous academic college and graduate school program. He joined Moore Real Estate Group in 2008.

Outside of work, Charles pursues his talents and interests in a multitude of areas. He is currently building an off-road vehicle to racing specifications from scratch. He also is a certified scuba diver and an avid motorsports participant and fan. Charles lives in Lake Elsinore with his wife.
